Gaze at the stars through high-powered telescopes positioned on Aster’s balcony, guided by First Nations astronomer and astrophysicist Dr. Ángel Lopez-Sanchez. Each evening will commence with a glass of champagne and canapés against a backdrop of intergalactic music followed by a guided tour of the stars which will include star maps and cosy blankets, creating an unforgettable winter experience set against the backdrop of Sydney’s iconic skyline.

From 15 July to end of September, Aster Bar will offer guests the opportunity to experience a flight of three Rob Roy cocktail iterations using The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old and The Macallan limited-edition Harmony Collection Amber Meadow.

Guests will begin with the classic by diving into the craftsmanship of the past with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, move on to savour the now from the Scottish nature with The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old and finally endure the legacy of the future with The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow.
